When the Legends realize they broke the timeline, Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) arrives with his new organization – the Time Bureau – to relieve them of duty in the season three premiere. But a new threat arises when Rory spots Julius Caesar (Simon Merrells) in Aruba.
