Sinopsis(1)
Cristi is a young undercover cop who undergoes a crisis of conscience when he is pressured to arrest a teenager who offers hash to classmates. Not wanting to ruin the life of a young man he considers merely irresponsible, Cristi must either allow the arrest to be a burden on his conscience, or face censure by his self-serious superior, for whom the word "conscience" has an entirely different meaning. Una película que hace todo lo posible para que el espectador normal la pare cuanto antes y la tire por la ventana. La primera mitad realmente da la impresión de ser un desecho de celuloide más intencional posible. Más tarde, sin embargo, el cineasta empieza a revelar las cartas, y de los sucesos alargados, vacíos e inútiles ante la cámara hace una reflexión concisa y cínica de la absurdidad de los personajes en el micromundo rumano dado, y al final lo confirma sarcásticamente y profundiza. No es fácil calificar esta obra con estrellas, personalmente prefiero películas similares hechas por Jarmusch o Kaurismaki, cuya atmósfera, aspecto visual e interpretación son más interesantes. Pero si le gusta esta fuerte contracorriente, venga de donde venga, estará en el séptimo cielo.

Ingenious transitions from the hyperrealism of everyday situations to an absurd drama, where the nobility of the intention is broken by dictionary definitions. In the end, nothing makes sense, just mechanical existence in a circle. A brilliant dialectical detective story with a point that pushes the adjective "procedural" above the dictionary entry.
