Though it’s certainly well above par, this film felt a little unbalanced. The beginning is quite slow (actually, it’s pretty boring), but around the middle, the story gathers momentum and the riveting climax made me add the fourth star. As a whole, it’s one of the best films about artificial intelligence that I’ve seen so far. Another contributing factor was the performance of the main character, she was very good, and even the design of the computer was quite modern, it didn’t look ridiculous today. 75% ()
Artificial and intelligent terror! A very nicely handled horror film, though it’s sci-fi thriller, with a great atmosphere, a great idea and one of the best decapitations in horror ever. Decent stuff from the seventies. ()
