Al fallecer el Dr. Zorba, un viejo cazador de fantasmas, deja en herencia su impresionante mansión a su sobrino Arthur y a sus dos hijos. Como Arthur está arruinado, la familia se traslada inmediatamente a la casa, donde pronto descubren que la herencia contiene algunas sorpresas, y no precisamente agradables: entre paredes de cristal se encuentran encerrados 13 fantasmas furiosos y muy, muy peligrosos. Un remake del clásico Los 13 fantasmas de William Castle. La atmósfera y el miedo fueron sustituidos por un montaje dinámico y un maquillaje sangriento. Y la adaptación gótica del original clásico se convirtió en otra porquería moderna con un descolorido cristal de la cámara y un vacío en la cabeza del director.

Mr. Monk and the glass house of little ghosts. A failed episode, where once again there's whining over the loss of a wife, and the nanny has annoying remarks. The visuals are praised, but I can't figure out why (maybe the masks), the rapid-fire editing makes your eyes pop out of their sockets, and as for any scariness, it can only dream of that. Unlike Ghost Ship, the body is sliced vertically here, but the inability to deliver any horror thrills is the same. No wonder the USS Steve Beck headed straight for the bottom.
