It started out as a horribly sloppy overnight movie and an obvious commercial for “go and buy LEGO Ninjago", but it's getting better from season to season. And even too such extent that from the fourth season onwards it is good and from the sixth season on it is more than just good. Suddenly it starts to be great, the characters are nice to watch, the action is imaginative, the plot is progressing, and even the lessons for children are not forced at all costs. One immediately understands why it is the flagship of the narrative offshoot of the LEGO universe. Although they are undeniably only the (original) “Ninja Turtles" adapted for the younger generation. But even this generation when they grow up will also need some nostalgic guilty pleasure from their teenage years. And yes, we have Ninjago bricks and figures at home, literally everywhere. And I step on them, unfortunately, quite often.
