Everything begins at the end of the century, in other words now. On the eve of the year 2000, Arthur (24) meets up with his girlfriend Lucie. She really wants to have a child but Arthur doesn't feel he's ready to become a father just yet. During a wild New Year's Eve party, Arthur has a disturbing experience. He finds himself carried 70 years into the future, face to face with an old man who claims to be his son... This 70-year-old son shows him his home, his family, his life and explains to him what Paris has become by 2070. By revealing the unexpected future, this son hopes to convince Arthur to have a child. Originální a vtipná vize budoucnosti. Cedric Klapisch mě přesvědčuje, že není přeceňovaným režisérem. Film se rozjíždí v rychlém tempu na party ve stylu budoucnosti vítající rok 2000, poté se děj zvolní a závěr je opět brilantní. Několikrát jsem se nahlas zasmál, Paříž v roce 2070 v písku a s auty, které mají jen zadní část a vedeny zvířaty, to nemá chybu. Hvězdičku přidávám za ojedinělý nápad.
