Rumbling is a dramatic feature film based on a true contemporary story, spiced with real-life events taken from media reports mixed in. It showcases tales of domestic violence, acts of self-defense, standing up for what is right and helping victims in need. The film is about an endangered human archetype, one whose sense of justice and freedom of speech borders the edge of law and social norms. It was originally planned as a documentary about people whose nature defies societal norm. This background gives the film a credible amount of crude realism. As a feature film Rumbling is set in the world of motorcycles, rock music and artists, where people valuing fairness and honesty blend in their inherent explosive emotions, rumbling in the heart and love for absolute beauty. En cuanto a Na Burácení, estaba emocionado, pero el resultado es ambiguo. El problema principal radica en el ritmo desesperadamente lento, se podría decir que la película es en gran parte aburrida y también en el guión. Esperaba algo diferente, pensé que seríamos testigos de eventos pasados, pero la trama se centra en la presencia y las repercusiones del pasado en ella. Las relaciones entre algunos personajes podrían haber sido más desarrolladas, muchas cosas se perdieron en el olvido. Por otro lado, me gustó la elección del no actor Hajíček, que encajó perfectamente en el papel de Adam. No es necesario comentar sobre las actuaciones de las actrices eslovacas, siempre son excelentes. Además, me gustó mucho el aspecto musical de la película. Es un buen promedio, un buen debut, solo necesitaba un poco más de pulido.

Rumbling only make sense if you read Zika's biography. The individual shots are very good, and the cast is almost generous. However, Tomáš Hajíček can't speak, which is a major problem for the main role, and the diverse cohort of actors has nothing to do, while the individual scenes are episodes that say nothing and don't follow each other. This is unfortunate, because if Zika had gotten a good director and dramaturgist, and stayed in production and especially behind the camera, something very attractive could have been made. Something unprecedented by Czech standards. Instead, we get a more expensive amateur work that could compete at most alongside student films from the lower grades.
