Los dos cuñados, James y Ben, vuelve a la carga en una nueva aventura en el que Ben tendrá que demostrar, una vez mas, que está a la altura para pertenecer a la familia. Un año después de su gran aventura, Ben (Kevin Hart), recién salido de la academia de policía, está planificando su futura boda con su novia y hermana del amenazador James (Ice Cube). Después de que una misión secreta para cazar a uno de los traficantes de Atlanta acabara mal, ya que Ben acaba por poner en peligro a todos los agentes infiltrados durante el encuentro, nadie del cuerpo confia en que pueda ser un buen detective. James, atendiendo a los deseos de su hermana, tendrá que darle una nueva oportunidad a su cuñado y juntos se embarcarán en un arriesgado viaje a Miami, con el fin de averiguar quién estaba detrás del contrabando de drogas de su ciudad. Under different circumstance, I quite like these buddy action movies. With this one, however, I couldn’t understand why they turned the otherwise interesting car chase into a game video from “Grand Theft Auto 3”. Including the graphics. And that wasn’t even the only stupid scene in this movie. An incredibly chatty Kevin Hart along with the wacky Ken Jeong won’t save the movie either. So, what else can I say? I will happily avoid this piece next time.

Buddy movies are films that I generally like, but this is just recycling everything you could have seen during the entire filming of these movies. Moreover, when it comes to police officers, there is basically not a single good idea, not a single original joke here. And yet, for some reason, it's not garbage to me. Yeah, one of the reasons will be Olivia Munn.
