Durante unas excavaciones en Londres, aparece un extraño objeto de gran tamaño. Al principio se cree que puede ser una bomba de la Segunda Guerra Mundial lanzada por los nazis. I’m adding the third star for the atmospheric ending, where at last something interesting happens. Otherwise, it’s a weak film, and I’m saying this as someone who loves science fiction and horror.

Professor Quatermass is quite an interesting character, but in this movie, what really caught my attention was the colorful execution and individual tricks, which are quite good. The story seemed to me like a mishmash of everything possible that science fiction offered at that time, although it is true that the author of the original work had this story out for quite a long time with the screenplay. However, I couldn't really get into the story.
