En un remoto pueblo de pescadores islandés, los adolescentes Thor y Christian experimentan un verano turbulento. Un drama bonito, dirigido e interpretado con delicadeza, sobre la adolescencia y búsqueda de identidad propia en duras condiciones de vida (y familia). Desde el punto de vista del guión, bastante ordinario y sin imaginación. Localizaciones islandeses visualmente muy bien aprovechados. Exactamente entre 3* y 4*.

I’m not saying that the film is a masterpiece that I'm planning on rewatching every other day (fans of the action genre should avoid it entirely), but I enjoyed the plot, atmosphere, and setting throughout. The film is about adolescence and sexual awakening and the young actors were really convincing in it. Although the film also contains the now practically inevitable gay storyline, it felt okay here. It didn’t seem forced onto the plot, so it didn't smack of political correctness. In fact, it made it all enjoyably human.
