Ming yue ji shi you

After the Japanese have invaded Hong Kong in 1941, schoolteacher Fang Lan and her mother struggle to make ends meet. Then Fang Lan accidentally gets involved in an operation carried out by the resistance force. The captain spots her potential and recruits her. However, one day Fang Lan's mother gets arrested when she relays intelligence on behalf of her daughter, and that forces Fang Lan to seek help from her ex-lover, who has surrendered himself to the Japanese.
