The Thai production The Promise is a horror movie that is really all about being really emotional, and how it is actually all likely to turn out is based on that. Unsurprisingly, the ending is probably the most emotional part of the whole movie, which is based on a friendship that turned bad, motherhood, plus a mother-daughter relationship.
