Sinopsis(1)
Todavía trastornado por la muerte de su esposa en un extraño accidente, el periodista John Klein (Richard Gere) sufre una avería en su coche en la mitad de la noche. Al pedir ayuda, descubre que se encuentra en un pueblecito de West Virginia, muy lejos de donde creía estar. La sheriff local le informa que una serie de inexplicables sucesos están ocurriendo en la zona.
