Robert Townsend (who also wrote and directed) stars as Alan Chambers, an industrious corporate lawyer and family man who becomes part of a vigilante force when he grows weary of watching known criminals escape the law. After making a list of known criminals, Chambers assembles a team made up of his fellow law friends who take to the streets to punish the dealers, rapist, pimps, and thugs that the law couldn't.
