Kanche

The story of two Indians who enrol as volunteers in the British Army. They take part in the fighting during the last phase of the Second World War in Italy. Throughout the film we can see the true reasons behind their fighting. The touching past of both men; one marked by a fatal love and the other by caste hatred. The producer Krish Jagarlamudi wants to demonstrate with this film how destructive quarrels can be amongst people who are in obedience to a group identity. (Festival bollywoodského filmu)
