As Dan investigates a man who hasn't moved in 24 hours, the team notices a radar contact at the same place as a month ago. Then Dan discovers time seems to be frozen. When he enters the space, it's revealed to be alien in nature. Trapped in the Fourth Dimension, Dan tries to turn into Ultraseven or release a capsule monster, but can't.
