Teeth

Hovadina, sin cabeza ni pies, balanceándose en el límite de varios géneros. Ya sea que debió ser filmada como una comedia desquiciada o como un horror aterrador, evitando sin embargo las repugnancias y centrándose en momentos de tensión y susto. Fuera, ugh, desecharlo. (29.08.2009)

Given the pretty promising premise, Teeth ended up being a disappointment. Both genres, horror and comedy, are present only in very small doses and the potential this film had was very far from exploited. What’s good is that it goes by quickly, so at least I didn’t get bored. Average, basically, 50% → 2* (they could have shown those teeth properly, too!). (30.04.2008)
