inglés Steven Spielberg presents... And it shows. Because Innerspace is an amazing spectacle. Sci-fi adventure comedy expert Joe Dante was out in full force in 1987, taking audiences inside the bowels of the human body with the great Steven supervising. It should be noted that it's absolutely great, because the special effects aspect of this film is 100% convincing and perfectly convinces even after twenty-five years. The gags work just as well, as do the action scenes, such as the one with Martin Short, scared to death, hanging on the open door of a moving truck and screaming irresistibly. Add to that a villain with a multi-functional arm, shrunken scientists, that beautiful embryo moment, and the music by Dante's buddy Jerry Goldsmith, who seems to be taking a shot at Ennio Morricone with the Cowboy theme... From my point of view, a clear five stars. ()
