With stolen top-secret technology, terrorists have created a next-generation Universal Soldier - an elite fighter genetically altered into a programmable killing machine. If I forget about the empty script and the cheap production design, I am left with excellently filmed fights, a raw Middle Eastern setting, and the relentless bruiser Arlovski. Surprisingly watchable and grittier than both previous parts combined, and the fact that it sometimes mirrors Terminator in certain shots doesn't matter at all.
