The dialogue filler continues, spiced up with a superb jousting tournament. A not very revelatory episode with stagnant pace and action.

In the fourth episode, Ned Stark initiates a private investigation into the death of his predecessor as the king's Hand and discovers an unexpected secret. The rest of the story serves as more of a backdrop for this matter, allowing only two major events to stand out: a knight's tournament and the arrest of Tyrion Lannister. Nonetheless, this episode was three times better than the previous one.
