Sinopsis(1)

"Assiah, the realm of humans, and Gehenna, the realm of demons. Normally, these two dimensions would never intersect, but having possessed all material substances, the demons are now intruding on the material world. But among the human race, there are those who can exorcise such demons." Rin Okumura and his twin brother Yukio have been raised by Shiro Fujimoto, an eminent priest, so it comes as a shock when Rin discovers their biological father is actually Satan! As the border between "Assiah" (the human world) and "Gehenna" (the demon world) is crossed by evil, Rin vows to become the ultimate exorcist and defeat his own father. To hone his raw skills, Rin enters True Cross Academy to train with other exorcist candidates. (Madman Entertainment)

Ao no Exorcist (2011)

inglés The Okumuras are nice bros. One has a nice gun, the other has a tail, a sword, and blue flames. They also have nice eyes. It's just all nicely drawn. The music's good, too. The story, well, it didn't impress. I would have liked to skip to something more "serious". What they do at school, how they train, how they form bonds, none of it really grabbed me. Neither did the new characters. I wanted more of a real struggle. There isn't one, and there won't be. Not in all 25 episodes. I hear the manga's better. This has the advantage only in the colors. You’ll read more. There are better shōnen – and no, I’m not thinking of Bleach. :-D. A weak 3 stars. ()

Kjóto fudžó'ó hen (2017) (S02)

inglés For a series that didn't really grab me the first time around, I quite liked the second one. The characters and their feelings worked better, and it was easier to relate to them and even like them. Again, it's also nicely drawn, so I was satisfied. Especially because the story was interesting, managed to be action packed, and of course like any Shōnen had its funny moments. Last, I liked the opening and the ending. Basically, I don't have much to say about it. I liked it, I liked it. I don't even know why. The main thing is that I left happy. ()
