Sinopsis(1)

A nameless man (Uwais - The Raid) wakes up in a hospital with severe head trauma, not knowing who he is or what happened to him. Assisted by devoted student doctor Ailin (Chelsea Islan), who nicknames him "Ishmael" after the character in Moby Dick, he recovers and tries to regain his memory. Naturally, Ishmael's past is about to catch up with him, in the form of Lee (Sunny Pang), a drug lord and gang boss whose tentacles reach deep into the police and the penal system. When Ailin is kidnapped and Ishmael sets out to get her back, he finds himself pitted against an array of skilled fighters who may have been his former colleagues. As Ishmael battles through a series of deadly fights with this squad of enforcers, fragments of his past are teased out and the puzzle of his identity begins to come together. (Vendetta Films)

inglés Indonesia has its action star, and Iko Uwais shows that he can handle any film that is written specifically for him. He is good not only in action sequences but also in those where he has to demonstrate a bit more of his acting skills. The film "Zásah" is very bourne-esque, but still has its own style and great action scenes. ()

inglés When two people do the same thing, it's not always the same. Characters lacking depth, a script without substance and the imaginative action scenes of Gareth Evans have been replaced by brutality and mechanics. Headshot is not a downright bad film, but other than the superbly executed action, it has nothing else. The Raid is miles ahead, and even The Night Comes for Us, which is relatively close to Headshot, is at least a head better because it had a better plot, neon lights, and more coherent visuals with a more elaborate and uncharacteristically stylized carnage. Headshot comes out as the least attractive of this trio, but it’s still decent craftsmanship. As a showcase of fights, it’s fine. ()
