Zombeavers is an unbelievably insane pile of bollocks of giant proportions and it is obvious that even the creators themselves conceived this unconventional animal horror as a complete freak show. A bunch of universally unlikeable college kids, whom you would throw those beavers at just on principle and for fun, take a trip to the (seemingly) unspoiled outdoors, but their horny plans are disrupted by a bunch of mutant beavers, and everyone involved gets caught up in a maddeningly nauseating merry-go-round of events. The result is an incredible blend of black and fecal humor and stupidity with no respect for anything, or anyone alive, but which successfully pokes fun at itself.

Es una película de serie B, tal vez incluso de serie C, pero el sábado por la noche uno se puede permitir ese tipo de entretenimiento. Debo admitir que me pareció muy divertida la idea inicial: castores mutantes, eso nunca se me habría ocurrido, y eso que ya he visto muchas películas de terror de todo tipo. Pero esto era más bien una comedia con elementos de terror, o en cualquier caso, para mí gana el aspecto cómico, el aspecto de terror me molestó en algunos momentos y fue increíblemente amateur. Prefiero no evaluar la trama amorosa falsa. No seré muy estricto y le daré dos estrellas, pero tengo suficiente de películas de terror sobre animales mutantes por un tiempo.

In order to repeat the audience interest as in the case of "Sharknado", it is necessary to have at least a few interesting actors and characters, to come up with something that works more comprehensively and where there is real humor, or at least some memorable scene, which is basically missing in "Zombeavers". The effort is here, but the creators simply relied on the fact that the title itself would be so crazy that it wouldn't matter that there are actually zombie beavers in the film. If they were zombie pumpkins, the result would probably be the same. I simply expected more fun.
