Perhaps a bit of a tedious episode, leading through various digressions and not very revelatory and currently unimportant scenes leading to the first face to face encounter between Punisher and the ambitious policewoman Madani. It’s about 50 minutes long and the important events happen in the last 20, including the car chase, of course.

This time, I didn't have a reason to be enthusiastic, but I could add a star to the last third of the fourth part, it managed to slightly recover me from the incoming numbness. The majority of the episode was rather boring again, and the most exciting moment I experienced was during the repair of the crusher.
