Marty McFly, un joven estudiante de Hill Valley High es amigo de un excéntrico científico que ha inventado una máquina del tiempo con la sorprendente forma de un coche "DeLorean". La década de 1980, la época dorada de la colaboración Spielberg / Zemeckis... Muy entretenida, imaginativa, inteligente, sofisticadamente divertida, con pensamientos profundos expresados con sensibilidad. Es una película en la que los términos «palomitas» y «final (ultra)feliz» no se usan como insultos. ¿Por qué ya no hacen esas películas? ¿Por qué vivimos en una era tan deprimente? Si hubiera sido virgen en el cine y hubiera calificado esto en el momento de su lanzamiento, le habría dado cinco estrellas.

Años 80 instantáneos, trabajo cinematográfico perfectamente hecho y siempre una gran experiencia de espectador. Una película sobre los regresos a la que es un placer volver de vez en cuando. Por fin visto en la gran pantalla. [KVIFF 2022]

Had I seen it for the first time in my teenage years when I enjoyed similar stories, I would probably give it a definite five stars. Unfortunately, I watched Zemeckis' legendary sci-fi for the first time last week, which killed a bit of my enthusiasm. The story is very entertaining, some of the gags and situations are very nice, but I don’t really care for the "teenage spirit" and the unmistakable aesthetics of the 80's. Both of the title characters are really good, and the game with the influence of past actions on future things is also fun. This is a very successful hybrid with a great idea and a quality script. But aging… what can you do?

It's been almost thirty years, but this sci-fi adventure comedy still holds its place among the genre's elite, and there's no sign of that changing. After all, it's not every day that such an original, entertaining and perfectly thought-out script is born in the minds of screenwriters, even under the guidance of directorial wizards like Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg. Just great, I can't but praise it. The visuals are stunning even after all these years, the unravelling of the story is simply flawless, and the duo of M.J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd were probably born for this legendary three-part series, and the way the creators dealt with the bar they set for the second part is truly incredible. 100%

One great thing has happened to me with this review, and I might be the only one among you. I am evaluating without any emotion, as it is only now that I have seen this film – in 2011. So no nostalgia. This film is very silly. If someone were to make something like this today, they would be crucified. Even Pirates of the Caribbean, silly as it is, is a little bit better than this (and it is also nonsense, by the way).
