Waz cuenta la historia de Eddie Argo, un detective desgastado por sus años de dedicación a los casos de brutalidad callejera entre pandillas. Dvě až tři hvězdičky, ničím originální a nezajímavý film až na jedno nepravděpodobné překvapení. Téměř podprůměrný krimi thriller nabízející pár nechutných scén, místy nudný děj, povětšinou velmi předvídatelný. Výrazným přínosem jsou špičkový Stellan Skarsgard, který si svoji postavu evidentně s chutí zahrál a tradičně hajzl první třídy Tom Hardy. V rámci žánru si Rovnice smrti vede však mizerně. Tři hvězdičky jen díky hercům. Tečka.

Waz is an average dark thriller that focuses mostly on the detective investigation instead of the fate of the victims (something unusual these days). The poster, reminiscent of Saw and Se7en, is not misleading advertising, it does give a pretty accurate idea of what the film looks like. It doesn’t reach the quality of either of those two films, but nobody could really expect that.
